Hi, I’m Annie! Real estate has been my passion since childhood. I spent my weekends as a kid checking out new homes with my dad, and loved it! When my husband and I bought our first house, our agent was so impressed by how much I knew about the process, he thought I was already an agent. He encouraged me to look into becoming one, and the rest is history!
I thrive in the details, especially when it comes to negotiations and contracts. My biggest priority during the buying or selling process is ensuring you know exactly what steps to expect and that there are no unnecessary surprises. Of course, every transaction has its hurdles, but I’m really good at navigating those unexpected bumps in the road. I’m all about making sure everything is in place from the fine print to the final signatures so you can feel confident and informed every step of the way.
